These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://triviahops.com (the "Site"), operated by Yield Goal Technologies Inc. ("TriviaHops," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of the service

TriviaHops provides free personality and trivia quizzes playable instantly with no download or account required. Quiz results are computed in your browser and are for entertainment purposes only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site at a scale or frequency that degrades service for other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site or its quizzes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized access attempts
• Misrepresent your affiliation with TriviaHops or the Site

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and quizzes are owned by Yield Goal Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may take quizzes on the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Entertainment purposes only

Personality quiz results are intended for entertainment only and are not a scientific, psychological, or professional assessment of any kind. Trivia scores reflect answers to the questions presented and nothing more.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yield Goal Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to $100 CAD.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yield Goal Technologies Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
